Shawn Grazier has been living in Greenville, NC since 2001 after moving from Las Vegas NV.  He studied arts at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, and continues his passion for the arts locally.

Shawn has been a very high energized member of the community being very active with many of the local and state level charities.  You can find him helping raise funds for organizations such as Picasso, Crape Myrtle, Make a Wish, Riley’s Army, Operation Smile, and ENC Pride.  He is a member of the NC out Professionals Organization, and has helped create many successful charity events.

Throughout his stay in Greenville, he has been the General Manager of several successful restaurants and is currently the manager for Wasabi 88.   Having his hand in many places, Shawn has built up professional relationships throughout the state, aiding him bringing more knowledge into any business he affiliates with.

Shawn has been married for 5 years and holds a deep passion for family and helping other families find that special feeling when knowing a house is a home.
